Everything you need to know about Element Five - our philosophy, memberships, classes, and how things work behind the scenes.

E5 Philosophy
What is the Element Five philosophy? Plus

Element Five is built on five elements of whole health: mindset, movement, nutrition, recovery, and community. We believe long-term health is created through intention, consistency, and care—not extremes or quick fixes.

Is Element Five only for athletes? Plus

No. We work with people at all stages of life and fitness. Whether you’re new to movement, returning after time away, or training at a higher level, our approach is designed to meet you where you are.

Do I need to be “fit” to start? Plus

Not at all. Our coaches guide you through every step, focusing on quality movement, safety, and confidence from day one.

Memberships
Do I need a membership to train at Element Five? Plus

Some services and programs are available via membership, while others may be offered as packages or single sessions. Our team can help you find the best option based on your goals.

Can I pause or change my membership? Plus

Yes. We understand life happens. Membership changes and pauses are handled on a case-by-case basis—just reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.

What’s included in a Recovery Suite membership? Plus

Recovery Suite memberships may include access to services such as sauna, cold plunge, and compression therapy. Details vary by membership level.

Recovery Suite
How long should I stay in the cold plunge? Plus

For most people, 2–5 minutes in a cold plunge is plenty. If you’re new to cold water therapy, start with 30–60 seconds and gradually increase your time as your body adapts. We encourage a safe, intentional approach based on your experience and comfort level. New to cold plunging? Ask our team to guide you through your cold plunge experience—we’re happy to help!

Can I use the infrared sauna and cold plunge together? Plus

Yes! Many people enjoy combining infrared sauna and cold plunge sessions as part of a hot-and-cold recovery routine. Alternating heat and cold, also known as Contrast Therapy, creates two very different experiences for the body and can be an invigorating way to prioritize recovery. At Element Five, you can experience both our infrared sauna and cold plunge in one Recovery Suite. Ask our team for guidance if it’s your first time combining the two.

How often should I sauna with red light therapy? Plus

How often you use an infrared sauna with red light therapy depends on your goals, experience, and overall wellness routine. Many people enjoy sessions several times per week for relaxation, recovery, and general well-being. Our infrared sauna with red light therapy combines the benefits of heat and red light in one convenient recovery experience. New to the sauna? Ask our team to help guide your first session.

Classes & Coaching
What types of classes do you offer? Plus

We offer boutique-sized group classes focused on strength, conditioning, yoga, mobility, and mat pilates.

How big are group classes? Plus

Group classes are intentionally capped at 10 participants to ensure personalized coaching and a safe, supportive experience.

What’s the difference between private, semi-private, and group training? Plus

Private training is one-on-one coaching. Semi-private training allows you to train with a partner while still receiving individualized guidance. Group classes offer a coached, community-driven experience in a small-group setting.
