About Element Five
Built on intention. *[Rooted in community]*.
Built on intention. *[Rooted in community]*.
This didn't start as a business.
It started as a decision.
Element Five began as a response to uncertainty, but it was built on something deeper: intention.
What started as a simple decision to keep people moving evolved into a refined, community-driven approach to whole health. From day one, the focus was never on trends or extremes. It was on balance, precision, and creating a space where people could train, recover, and grow with confidence. The moments that shaped us—uncertainty, resilience, and a few unexpected challenges—tell that story.
The Shutdown
When South Florida shut down, there was no time to overthink. People still needed movement, routine, and connection, maybe more than ever.
So we trained outside. On sidewalks. In the park. In the heat, with uncertainty everywhere. There were no mirrors or fancy equipment, just people choosing to show up and take care of themselves when everything else felt out of control.
Then Fran opened her garage to us, Frantastic Fitness. What began as training became something more. It became community. A place to move, breathe, laugh, and feel steady when the world felt upside down.
The Garage
On this day, the garage was born. For nine months, it became more than a place to work out. It was where habits, strength, and community took shape during one of the most uncertain times of our lives.
Then everything changed. Two noise complaints and a cease-and-desist notice forced us to leave the space we had come to call home.
But the mission had outgrown the garage. What started on sidewalks had become something people depended on: movement, community, and a place to take care of themselves when life felt heavy. At that point, the question wasn’t if it would continue, but how. And that’s where the foundation of Element Five was truly built.
The Foundation
That season shaped Element Five.
Intention became our anchor. How you move. How you recover. How you nourish yourself. How you lead yourself when no one is watching.
This is not about chasing aesthetics. It is about longevity. About strength without fear. About building a life where your body supports your work, relationships, and passions.
What began on a sidewalk is now a space built on intention, care, and community. And every day, we choose to keep building it together.

Health is bigger than a workout.
Mindset shapes action. When you believe you're capable, your behavior follows. Small shifts create lasting change, and a stronger mindset makes everything more possible.
There is no single right way to move. Strength, yoga, mobility, running, recovery, it all counts. What matters is that movement supports your body and fits your life.
Nutrition is about fueling your body in a way that supports energy, performance, and well-being. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, only what works for you in this season.
Recovery is essential for both physical strength and emotional resilience. Rest, restoration, and nervous system reset allow you to keep showing up consistently.
Your environment shapes your habits and mindset. When you are surrounded by people who value growth and health, it becomes easier to live it.
Mindset. Movement. Nutrition. Recovery. Community.
We approach every element with *[kindness and self-compassion]*.
No rush. No pressure. Just intentional effort and small changes over time, because that’s how real transformation happens.
